Today's goods
Margaret and I had exactly one hour at Oldies to do some damage. It's amazing what two like-minds can hone in on: thread.

Do I sew? Barely. (Margaret's the one who works that Viking.) But I loved the colors and the old spools and couldn't resist buying a bagful. Margaret grabbed one, too - but at least she'll actually use her new stash rather than just look at it and take pictures of it.

And this? Well, I couldn't resist the lovely font on this little box. What can I say? I'm a sucker for packaging.

OK- that place looks amazing!

Please tell me there is nothing wrong with buying things just to take their picture. I'm in a heck of a lot of trouble if not.

Every time I visit your blog, I get so homesick for the Northeast! I went to college in NY and I spent a summer in Cambridge a few years back and we used to drive up the coast every weekend. Man, do I love it up there! Lucky you! I learned how to quilt during that summer in Cambridge, too... So fun to see your beautiful pix!

Hello!
I followed a link from Oh My Stinkin' Heck because she referred to your site as having photo eye candy. She was right! I love your site, your photos and the fact that you scallop the edges of your wrapping paper!
Fabulous site!! You're on my visit daily list!
